Product Overview
Prepainted steel coil, widely known as PPGI when the substrate is galvanized and PPGL when the substrate is galvalume, is a metallic coated coil finished with a paint system that provides colour and additional durability. Jingye supplies TDC51D+Z and TDC51D+AZ to GB/T 12754, TS250GD to TS550GD+Z and +AZ to EN 10169, and CGCC to JIS G3312.
Coils are produced on a 1450 mm colour coating line with standard paint films of 5 plus 15 microns or 6 to 7 microns. Thickness ranges from 0.38 mm to 1.2 mm and width from 914 mm to 1285 mm.

Paint systems include polyester for general use, silicone modified polyester for improved chalk resistance, and PVDF for premium weatherability. Standard paint film is 5 plus 15 microns or 6 to 7 microns, and other thicknesses can be discussed in advance.

Coil weight: orders with width below 1150 mm are accepted on 17 tonne mother coils. For width above 1150 mm, galvanized, galvalume, pre-painted and continuously annealed cold rolled products can be ordered on 17 tonne or 22 tonne mother coils, while batch annealed products are accepted on 22 tonne mother coils only.

Delivery, Testing and Quality
Cold rolled and coated products are produced by Hebei Jingye High-Quality Steel Technology on a 1450 mm line. The project totals 2.6 million tonnes of annual capacity across two phases and includes a pickling tandem mill, continuous annealing and batch annealing lines, three hot-dip galvanising lines, a hot-dip aluminium-zinc line and colour coating lines. Products are manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
